Launching fast and getting feedback

Once the business model has been validated, we focus on developing the product and getting it to market in the shortest amount of time possible. Our process goes through the following stages:

In sprint 1 we design the user journeys and product UI to reflect the business objectives, scope out the product backlog, prioritise the stories and decide which are required for a minimum viable product (MVP)
From sprint 2 onwards we start to build the application releasing the product on a periodic basis initially to internal stakeholders for testing and feedback.
Once the stories for the MVP are complete the product is released to your customers for initial market feedback. Once the MVP is live, revenues can start flowing into the business.
The future sprints are planned based on the feedback from your users so that each iteration is informed, measured and reliable.
